| Jo is a quilt author, designer & teacher who has built a national reputation upon her ability to make quilting an exciting creative and satisfying process. Her style is to personalize the quilting process and to encourage both beginning and experienced quilters to develop their ability to create works of art in a variety of fabrics and designs. |  |
Jo's publishing company Plum Creek Patchwork began with Bear Tracks in the Berry Patch in 1993. This project traced the mention of quilts in the Little House books. The Walnut Grove connection was reestablished with the patch-by-patch Memories of Laura quilt and continues with the Laura in Redwork pattern. In the intervening years Jo has published seven books and more than thirty patterns. |
